Service Description

Get ready to get your hands messy and bring your imagination to life! Using clay, young artists will master hand-building techniques like pinching, coiling, and slab-making. From sculpting realistic animals to designing jewelry and functional objects, students will learn how to build strong structures and add intricate details. Artists will also dive into the vibrant world of surface decoration, using textures, paint, and glazes to make their projects pop! Pieces will be sculpted in class, and fired safely off-site by the teacher. Class dates: 9/14, 28 10/5, 19, 26 11/2, 9, 16, 23 make up: 11/30 *no class 9/21 or 10/12
